Dr. Vijay Parbatani is a highly experienced Consultant Ophthalmologist with over 18 years of expertise in medical and surgical ophthalmology. He holds an M.S. in Ophthalmology, DOMS, and a fellowship in Medical Retina. Dr. Parbatani is dedicated to providing exceptional care through his private practice, Dr. Parbatani’s Eye Laser Centre, and as the medical director of Dr. Parbatani Centre for Eye Pvt. Ltd., overseeing six branches across Maharashtra.
His specialization includes cataract surgery (Phacoemulsification), LASIK(specialising in treatement of high myopia), medical retina, diabetic screening, orthokeratology, and various other advanced ophthalmic treatments. With more than 20,000 successful cataract surgeries and significant experience in refractive surgery (including LASIK and PRK), he is a leader in his field.
Dr. Parbatani is also recognized for his academic contributions, having trained over 180 postgraduate students in Phacoemulsification, and taken part in several significant research projects in ophthalmology. As a lecturer, he has shared his knowledge at numerous conferences and has been instrumental in teaching school teachers in rural areas for early detection of eye issues in children.
He holds prestigious fellowships from institutions like Arvind Eye Institute, LV Prasad Eye Institute, and New Vision Laser Centre, Mumbai. Additionally, Dr. Parbatani has been a recipient of several awards, including being recognized as the Most Dynamic District Control Blindness Officer in 2003-2004.
In his role as a consultant, he works with prominent hospitals such as Columbia Asia Hospital, Jehangir Hospital, Sahyadri Hospital, Ruby Hall Clinic, and Anand Rishiji Hospital, contributing significantly to advancing the field of ophthalmology.
Dr. Parbatani is also involved in research, having published studies and conducted audits to improve surgical techniques and patient outcomes. His leadership in various capacities, including as a program officer for the District Blindness Control Society, reflects his commitment to public health and the prevention of blindness.
Dr. Nilay Rajendra Dhore

Dr. Nilay Rajendra Dhore is a highly qualified ophthalmologist with a strong academic background. He earned his M.B.B.S. from Indira Gandhi Government Medical College, Nagpur, followed by an M.S. in Ophthalmology from Dr. D.Y. Patil Medical College, Pune. Further enhancing his expertise, he completed fellowships in Cataract & IOL Surgery at Sankara Eye Hospital, Anand, and Medical Retina & ROP at PBMA’s H.V. Desai Hospital, Pune. In addition to his extensive surgical experience, he has contributed to ophthalmic research with multiple publications and conference presentations. Dedicated to excellence in patient care and advancing the field, Dr. Nilay continues to refine his skills through continuous learning and innovation.
